The founder
Originally from Colombia, Trisha Castro has been living in Paris for nearly 15 years, where her passion for hospitality has flourished.
She began her career in the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants before honing her skills in sommellerie at Châteaubriand and Dauphin. She then worked for the renowned Brooklyn Brewery, orchestrating numerous memorable events.
She also collaborated with agencies Phamily First and Go Ask Alice, working on ambitious F&B projects for clients such as Nike, Spotify, and Instagram.
Generous and passionate, Trisha is a prominent figure in the Parisian scene. She knows the Parisian culinary industry like the back of her hand and has befriended the best chefs and bartenders in the capital.
With CON GUSTO, she honours her passion for gastronomy and now offers her expertise to clients, producing events across Europe.
She now works for prestigious clients such as Tiffany and Co, Johanna Ortiz, and Rains, among others.
